Actual game gold : usually pretty much worthless, but sometimes people want some. Put the trade request in Player Services (but count a mid rune for 1M 10M gold)

Srsly? People pay mids for 1M? Takes like 4 minutes to get that with a gf barb...not a bad income stream

There used to be at least one player service for this, not sure if it was popular.
My opinion: Buying gold with runes favors the house too much. Much better over time to farm your own gold, unless you get an extremely lucky gamble.
