Actual game Gold : usually pretty much worthless, but sometimes people want some. Put the trade request in Player Services (but count a mid rune for 1M 10M Gold)

There used to be at least one player service for this, not sure if it was popular.
My opinion: Buying Gold with runes favors the house too much. Much better over time to farm your own Gold, unless you get an extremely lucky gamble.
