That happened twice to me last week on a +3 Fire/20% FCR and +3 PComb/20% FCR. I was cursing for a good minute or two after that.

I got a Templar's Might yesterday, and besides having just one skill it is only a few points off from being the worst possible in every stat.
I don't think I've ever before seen a Templar's Might below 1750.
