Does +all skill items boost set-ups like double Dragon+hoj aura damage?
My wife enjoys the passive playstyle with her wrist injuries, so I am making her the Dragon / HoJ but not sure if I should get Mara, BK/SoJ ect or give her mf/ Gold find. At most she plays on p3, though normally p1 or p2 if I am in her game MFing elsewhere.

It does not. Not directly at least.
The only way to raise the level of an item-provided aura is to equip another item with the same aura on it.
I.e. Dragon Shield + Dragon armor = lvl 28 aura
But Dragon Shield + Harlequin Crest for example remains lvl 14 aura and doesn't turn into lvl 16.
Indirectly it boosts it (up to a point) because it bumps your Conviction lvl or your mastery if you run it on a sorc.

Nope, auras with fixed level given by items (like Dream, hoj, Beast and so on) don't get the +skills from other equip, but they stack if wielded by the same char, so a double Dream in Helm and shield will end up in a 30 Holy Shock aura, hoj + Dragon armor + Dragon Shield will give a 46 Holy Fire aura, if you have a double Last Wish you get a 34 might but if you hold one Last Wish and give the other to your merc you ll get 17 might aura, same if you wield Beast and your merc has Faith you ll get Fanaticism from Faith, since it s higher than Beast
