Hammerdin and Concentration aura swap

I have a hammer/foh hybrid paladin. When I am doing

Baal waves, I spin up some hammers with

Concentration and when the wave spawns I switch to

Redemption and finish it up with FOH.

The question is: when I switch to

Redemption do those hammers that are still spinning do the damage with a bonus from

Concentration or does the bonus go away when I switch to

Redemption? Does it work the other way around, ie when I use hammers with

Redemption and then switch to

Concentration will they do more damage?

I don't know for sure but my guess is the damage bonus goes away when you switch off your offensive aura.
