Where's your luckiest place?
Me first: The exact entrance of CS is my luckiest place. As an offline Pala I found a HoZ for the first time and before the first visit to Diablo in hell. And my online Pala dropped a Jah there. And right a couple of steps inside my Necro dropped an Andy's, which was Eth and later turned into a Jah.
So, do you have such a spot?

Halls of Anguish/Pain are my places for finding good bases. So much so that instead of killing Pindle, then using the WP to go to Halls of Pain down to Neh, I'll clear through Halls of Anguish and fight all the way down. It's better than cows for me by a long shot. /Shrug.
As far as runes, uniques, etc, it's pretty varied for me. I love Chaos Sanctuary, so I spend a lot of time there and thus find a lot there, but there's no other place that sticks in my mind like Halls do.

I'm going to have to agree with skullbriar. Arcane has made me the most Wealth, however it's very sporadic. Most consistant is countess. Get paid 3 times per run, rals, keys and low hrs

Uber Tristram, made most of my Wealth on some lucky torch rolls.
Nightmare Flayer Jungle. After nearly 20 years of playing this silly game, this is where I finally found my first Stone of Jordan. I've also found a number of Grand Charms that were skillers and I was able to cube several others into skillers.
Near perfect roll = One point short of a Perfect roll
Great roll = Two points short of a Perfect roll
Any roll more than 2 points away from a Perfect roll gets no special recognition.
People sleep on this place in hell man. Hr drops are arguably as consistent as cs. That's a really fun idea, actually. It is awfully fun deleting the legions of flayers/soul killers. Cube only Grand Charms dropped by Hell Nih, Diablo or Baal. Those charms have a chance to cube into skiller with + 45 to life

Those bosses/Superunique don't spawn in Tristram.
The 3 in Uber Tristram drop only Torch and SoH.
