Is there a place here to put a request for an item?

Im looking for an item that i would like ethereal (a

Lacerator

Axe) but im not sure if there is a place for requests here. I read the faqs etc but im not sure and i dont want to post something that goes against the site's usage etc.

There is a Trade section. Some players do it like this:

LF means Looking For. This player offer for it runes...
