Can you do it? If so, how?

I mostly play on switch these days, and have really enjoyed playing with a controller. But a friend of mine only has PC, can you use a controller on PC for D2R?

Super easy just plug it in, game should recognize it.

Highly recommend having a controller near by if youre even in pub Chaos/
Baal
games. The pick up item is a HOOVER and you can often scoop everything before anyone else has a chance to pick it up....

Not that I would know...

I play d2 on PC only with a joystick. There was a game with an XBOX controller, Logitech in the past years. Now I have been playing with GameSir T4 Pro for more than 6 months. In any case, there have never been any problems with control or recognition in the game.

I have Xbox elite 2 connected to PC. however, I find only WW barb and FoHdin can be as efficient on controller as M&K. For the rest of the builds I tried, M&K is ranging from slightly better to way way better compare to controller.
