Man, I don't know. I would personally list it for a lot, on ladder. At least as much as The Oculus, in my view; not sure what they're going for on the ladder market. Only better orb for a blizz sorc would be Death's Fathom, mod-wise.
Probably not as good as Heart of the Oak, so Vex might be the top end of what you can get. You should wait for a second opinion, I might be way off.
Nice drop though. If that had two sockets instead of the replenish life, I think you could have gotten some real high runes.
