We have filters for "to Mana" and "to Life" which pick up on items that add absolute values under Database -> Utility -> Mana/Life.
However, we don't have a filter to find items that add relative percentages to life and mana, like can be found on Stone of Jordan and Obsession. This means that some items which add mana and/or life, but don't add absolute values aren't included in the list of filtered items.
Could the current 'Mana' and 'Life' filters under Database -> Utility be modified to also show the items that provide these relative gains?
Alternatively, could a separate filter be added to show them?

Like the two bug reports submitted, this is not really something I want to embark on (building filters) when it affects such a small selection of items. Different in this scenario of course because its not a question of 'can they be built' (they can), but more like 'should they be built' seeing as the instant search covers edge cases like this already.
