Description
I crafted a couple rings with 11LL / 10 FCR and other mods and was wondering if there is any build that uses the combo? I don't think so, but looking for input. Cheers

Pretty much any physical attack build with Enigma and without Life Tap, yup.
Java, Barb, Zealots, ..
At least in theory. Depending on the rest of the gear, they may obviously not need further fcr and/or ll anymore. But that's true for any stat in any build.

The FCR would apply to the Teleport from Enigma? But it wouldn't apply to skills like Lightning Fury, etc?
Correct. It'd apply to any spell cast but not weapon attacks. But even if it doesn't help attacks, Enigma users still tend to want at least some FCR to get their Teleport speed to non-excruciatingly-slow levels.
