Fixed Countdown timer timezone

Was looking at the countdown and was confused for a second thinking the release time changed untilI realizing it was using the server timezone. It would be nice to either convert to the users timezone set in phpbb, or to just display timezone in the countdown itself so people know it doesn't match theirs. It might

Confuse/frustrate people who take it at face value who don't live in UTC+1.

Noted, might be able to do something about this.
