Do you mean you can't see more than 12 trades in your first stash tab? You need to move your other trades to your other stash tabs. each can hold 12. Go to edit the trade then scroll down and change which tab:

Your squelch list can be managed and edited from Top right dropdown > Account Prefs > Squelches.
