This is a Great Helm for a Bone/Poison Necro. I have one I obtained for an Ist about a month ago which rolled the same stats as yours except instead 34% Fire Resist instead of your 20% All Resist. My one also came with some pointless Mana steal similar to yours.
I would be asking no less than Ist/Gul if this were me.
