There is a slim chance to craft an item with 510 enhanced damage with 60 ED + 300 ED affix + 150 ED 250 AR affix.
It is worth nothing though that even then it would deal less damage than an ethereal rare item with the same mods and without the 60 ED Blood Weapon gives.

Blood Weapons can be made from both standard axes (e.g. a Berserker Axe or Champion Axe) and throwing axes (e.g. a Flying Axe or Winged Axe).
