Is it possible to upgrade normal to exceptional runeword weapons? I played original diablo and diablo II & III but never got into all the tech stuff. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Not that I’m aware of, would be a cool concept for a future patch. Though upping base items might cause some issues, I’ve found some really good low level base shields for a din with 45 res I wish I could have upped to vortex and sacreds
