Ubers Mephisto Aid

I was running Ubers and killed Diablo and

Baal, I just can't seem to kill

Mephisto and I used up all my resources that would help in taking him down and now I am kind of stuck. If there is anyone who is able to help I would greatly appreciate it. This is for Softcore PC in NA
