Trapsin Fan?

I dont see many Trapsins anymore - is anyone still out there?

I would love to hear from you - tell me your struggles, do you have the breakpoints covered - and whats not

I haven't tried re-gearing my trapsin after the patch. Pretty much just been playing the warlock since then. However, I do have a pretty nice Brandistock Infinity for her.

I play offline only. I started making Brandistock infinities after I realized that she was so slow to swing the sorc Scythe, but the sorc can hold the Brandistock fine as long as you have an Annihilus and Hellfire Torch. So then all my offline infinitys went Brandistock at that point. With that Infinity, griffons, and the Insight merc she was pretty great.

The new sunder charms and colossus jewel should push her up a little higher though. An Opalvein or two should also be a boost. Theoretically, she could increase her damage output by like 30% compared to pre-patch. Would be fun to revisit her.

I have an 89 sin that I leveled as a trapsin and only recently after coming back to the game changed her to kicksin to do uber diablo with since my only high character is a poison necro that honestly farms better than she does. Currently trying to get the gear to make Mosaic as it just seems more fun that dropping traps.

i need to play my 88 lightning trapsin again its been a few years. her gear is subpar but it was one of my favs starting out in resurected

Just started a trapsin like 3days ago, going to see what it comes out of. So far I am liking her, since i ran my pally to 99. Who knows how far this will go.

Mine is far from optimal but I still like her, though I have not played her recently... because mainly I don't play a lot D2.

She is a full Nat set sin with also 20 points in Shadow Master, Chaos as second claw (WW while traps do their work) and manic pixie dreamgirl (Act 1 Delirium + cold) as merc

Okay, to those who already made a comment on this thread - does anyone need Trap SK with FHR to hit a breakpoint - let me know

This is my badass-looking level 95 Wake of Fire Trapsin:
She clears whole screens within seconds, and I like to play her. She is fast in running and teleporting, but she sucks fighting heralds... so she's gathering dust at the moment.

Does a Bladefury / Bladesentinel / Bladeshield / Venom / Shadow Master Sin count (eg melee traps) ^^

Its not the most effective charater out there but it is still fun to play as a set char

That's interesting. I am currently obsessed by my bladesin and I can say she murders faster than my lightning one before. But I am using Fortitude, Gore Riders and gface and changing to Enigma for clearing non-tz levels. The hero stats page is indeed bugged, the Blade Fury damage is in practice multiplied by %ED and with good offhand stacking you easily do 10k above to demons before Critical Strike.

How do you find the Natalya effectiveness and what have you socketed? Do you use Fade or Burst of Speed, and if latter, does it help you? Recently I bought a Plague claw and am testing it, hard to decide if it makes a big difference.
So far the best experience I have had is with Schaefer's Hammer, because it boosts AR, LR and Life, and provides some ok additional max damage.

I am using bust of speed.

A Protectors Stone is in the Claw. 7 frh ar ed rare jewel in the helmet. Armor has some Basic bullshit soketed ... (nothing of not and will be replaced once i got 3 suitable rare jewels)

Effectiveness is Okay ... i mean its no Warlock but its okay.

Mainly i am Collecting set chars and make them playable. Thats the best i could come up with for assa set
