To go or not to go? This is the question - Nova Sorc on Ubers, OFFLINE Single Player !!!

As the title says I'm in doubt if I should try the Ubers offline, single player with my level 99 Nova Sorc - https://maxroll.gg/d2/d2planner/bidkf0oq
I always completed the game and Ubers with every build but now I have doubts.

She has almost BiS gear and full skillers (not all are "of vita" but I have 8 pieces of them) but she's low on res (26 - 35). If I add small charms for res I lose damage from skillers.
I understand that life regen is much quicker in Single player than online. Online is at every 8 frames when they don't take damage and in Single player is at every frame so the life is very quick refilled (https://www.reddit.com/r/diablo2/commen ... _life_for/).

With that in mind, should I try it or not?
I might swap the A2 merc with A5 barb with Lawbringer (for Decrepify) and Malice (for 100% Open Wounds) but I'll lose the Insight's Meditation aura and probably the Cure's aura and poison reduction also as I'll probably giving barb an Andariel's Visage Helm.

And the merc won't be using Grief as a strong weapon but those runewords.
For Ubers I used this combo (A5 with Lawbringer and Malice) with my Druid and worked well. Druid had a lot of life, used Oak Sage for even more but with my weak Nova Sorc I don't know.

As long as your ES is up, your res don't matter (apart from poison which is not a big deal in Uber Tristram). So Mephi's Conviction aura should be no problem. But you can wear a Wisp Projector to be sure to survive Mephi. Lure him out, kill him, then lure one of the other two out. With high minus enemy light res, static and Nova spam you should do some damage. But breaking the Uber's healing might be a bit difficult.

I did on my level 93 Nova sorc, online, single player.
I used mang song lesson as weapon, act 2 merc with Infinity, Cure and COH. As long as you have ES at 95% adsorb, enough mana pool: SoJ x 2, Frostburn gloves, resistance doesnt matter. I did with 20 fire and cold res, - 50 lighting res, and 75% poison res.

If softcore, give it a try. If hardcore, I wouldn't risk it.

I managed Ubers with my fire sorc and didn't even change gears. But I died once (got one shot from Ice ball) and almost died several more times.

The biggest question for Nova sorc is, how do you stop regen? You either need some burning fire, open wounds, or poison. A5 Merc with Plague could be an option.

Online, yes, it's doable. The problem is offline where they regenerate much quicker (I edited the title to be clear, Single player, but offline).
I saw that video but Pavke added that it's much harder offline.

I also beat them with my Hydra - Fireball - Meteor sorc. It was fun.
I had to cage Meph with Bone Prison from Marrowwalk to stand still and meteorite him for fire DoT.
For Nova I'll probably use A5 merc with some poison.
I'll surely go and try to kick their asses. Or I'll get mine kicked.

I will use a Wisp Projector, thanks. I have a perfect one.

And... it's done!
Very tough fight with Meph, very tought. I had plenty of adrenaline shots (my wife said I'm crazy to feel like that but you know how it's on close battle).
I started with the Wisp Projector and one SoJ in ideea to resist with him but I died maybe ten times. After that I switched to double Sojs and I never died again. But he one shot my A5 merc plenty of time.

I gave him Plague and Lawbringer at first but it wasn't enough chance to proc Open Wounds and Meph was starting to regen quite easily, I couldn't shove much of his life after the 50% of Static Field.
I had to change his Lawbringer with Malice (100% Open Wounds) and it was a little easy after that.

I had a full stash of Full Rejuvs, 100 bottles and I went to battle. I thought it will be enough but I was wrong.
I used over 170 Full rejuvs in total. I drank a lot of potions and I fed my merc like a toddler, every 5 - 8 seconds until he was dead. Then ran to portal, resurrected him, refill, go again. Rejuv >>> merc die >>> town >>> battle until I finally I took Meph down.
He was close to die once but I ran out of potions when he was very very low on life, grrr. I burned over 150 potions trying to kill him. I didn't want to exit the game and lose the portal and I went to clear the whole Act I and almost full Act II (without Tal Rashas's tombs) to get more potions. I stacked another 100 and went back to Harrogath to try again. After another 70 potions I did it.

Baal was just a little annoying with his Blood mana curse (when you damage yourself) and Mana Rift (when it drains all of your mana). I had to kite him a little until the curse was erased and after that I killed him easily. He cloned himself only once.

Diablo was the weakest, he went down in under a minute.

Now I completed all content with all my characters and I'm ready to get the Reign of the Warlock DLC. I missed only three items on my Holy Grail but I'll start over with Chronicles (hope it will not erase like I saw for a bunch of people).
