When the socket recipe says normal item does that mean not exceptional or elite base White item or not. Have a Kurast Shield I want to socket it with the way it is worded I dont know if I can add sockets. Thanks for your info

It means normal as in non-superior and not low-quality. The recipe will work for your shield.
