What do each of (h) and (H) above mean?

This is something related to Terror Zones in RotW. If I uncheck the TZ, or change version to D2R LoD, the (h) entry disappears.
And it only appears on Hell difficulty.

Thanks. So it seems. Wondering what that means. Does TZ actually make an average cow so much more likely to drop a cow king set item, than non TZ?

Look at the bottom of the page:
(q): Quest drop - First kill with an active quest. Drops from a special quest treasure class.
(d): Dedicated desecrated treasure class - Specific to a
Terror Zone.
(h): Dedicated
Herald treasure class - Specific to a
Herald in a
Terror Zone.
