Yes, 95% of the trades are SC.

i saw the Skull now, how did i put it on hardcore side? by having hc in title or by changing settings in options?

You're already a hardcore player (see the Skull under your name). All your trades will therefore be marked as from a hardcore character, you don't need to do anything else.
