I just did a trade with a few caveats and am curious how to best fill out the trade form, I love this site for it's stats data so want to make sure I'm not putting in garbage data
1. Is there any common indication for L <-> NL (don't suspect there is but want to confirm)
2. Sold a skiller and threw in an Ist for a HR, would I write 'Lo - Ist'

Every trade is marked as ladder or non-ladder. You see this as a ladder symbol or a red line over a ladder symbol and if you open a trade it is also written there above the trade message (e.g. "This is a Non-Ladder trade!").
For such a trade where you also gave the other person something you set it as "-1" and "Ist" and in the next line "1" and "Lo".
