Can be used to make Runewords:
Yes, Enigma is available on non-ladder in D2R.
In D2R, ALL rune words are available on non-ladder EXCEPT the following:
- Mosaic
- Metamorphosis
- Hustle
- Cure
- Bulwark
- Temper
- Hearth
- Ground
(these 8 rune words were all added in D2R ladder season 3, over two years ago, and will probably remain ladder-only until Blizzard add some new rune words again, which will probably never happen)
