Updated today (Monday 4th Oct) with PezRadar's latest post saying that testing should be complete by end of day today.

Finally - it looks like the AVX issue has been fixed guys!
Here's the final blue posts made today regarding the patch that went live allowing people to launch the game:

Too little, too late. I'm done with Blizzard. 11 days and still no refund.

Glad to hear this was fixed and you guys are able to finally enjoy the game!

I would have lost my mind if I was dealing with this bug for over a week.

It now makes sense how @Teebling was able to find so much free time to work on the site :)

Finally its fixed and even works on pirated game on my intel G4600 with no avx! (for now atleast) xD
