Do the TZ affix give just part of the affix effects to the normal monsters (maybe only the minion's bonus that minions gain in normal games from the super's affixes of the pack)?
In special I recently face a Fire Enchanted and a Lightning Enchanted TZ, on both, most (if not all) normal monster have an addition immunity to fire/lightning (so they surely gained some fire/lightning resist boost), ... but I saw no " Corpse Explosion" effect when they were killed (in the Fire Enchanted TZ), and I saw no Charged Bolt when they were hit (in the Lightning Enchanted TZ) either.

Yes, only the uniques seem to have Corpse Explosion and Charged Bolt and Frost Nova, afaik.
If all normal mobs had these, well, melee would be quite fun
