i heard different statements:
1. Demon Machine just needs 10 ias more for max ias
2. more ias is always faster (on a Chuko)
I ask because i would like to know whether i punch a Shael into my Demon Machine for my enchantress or just stick with my 10 ias gloves.

First statement is correct. Any more IAS is redundant and would only offset attack rate reduction from chill/slow.
