Does anyone have any real idea or info on why it was decided what skills to allow Ormus’ Robes to roll? Why is Blizzard okay, but Hydra or Frozen Orb not?
I’ve always found that a little confusing. Especially now with 2.4 looming and tossing around build ideas for a Hydra sorc.

Cold Mastery, Fire Mastery, Lightning Mastery, Hydra and Frozen Orb are the only level 30 skills. Ormus Robes can spawn with any non-level 30 skill.
