Note:

Mosaic is now possible to make on Non-Ladder, like it says in the patch notes above. This has been tested already and verified - it does work now in both RotW and D2:R (i.e., whether you have the DLC or not).

@Teebling, might want to update the Mosaic article and clarify that it's Non-Ladder since patch 3.1.

However, the other rune words that are ladder-only remain so - I have personally tested Cure and Hustle (Hysteria/Mania now), and both resulted in gemmed items on Non-Ladder (tested in RotW).
