My quest for Ohm... part 1 cause (spoilers) I didn't get it yet.

So I'm on the hunt for an Ohm so I can make a Call To Arms for my smiter to do ubers with. I started with Travincal and decided I would log this journey.
I mainly killed just the Council and any Heirophant, Zealots, or Night Lords that got in my way. I also killed any champion or unique mobs I saw on my path to the council.
I also opened any containers on the way. All on bnet players 1.

I used my smiter/zealer whos fitted for Ubers ( Heaven's Light / Lightsabre, Smoke armor, Gface, Dracs, Gore Riders, Raven Frost, T-Gods, Hoz)
and has next to no magic find but I'm only after runes so not too worried about unique drops.
Emilio the drug addict (he can't help but run into every poison cloud/attack possible) was at my side and is using Reaper's Toll, Kira's and a Guardian Angel.

Each run took less then a minute except for like 3 of them (guess which ones).

Impressive and detailed report, altho isnt it better to just sell lower runes or other high rune for Ohm here? This is what I did back in the days I needed CTA. Before I got my first Ohm I got Lo , Ist , Vex , Ist , Pul , Jah , Cham, Pul , Mal , Lo , Jah.... Basically by the time o got it was waaay too late. Hunting for specific item is frustrating, its better to expect whatever and combinate whit what you are getting

Oh ya defiantly faster to trade for one and while I'm hunting for the Ohm, any HR or combination of lower runes would also work for me. I just titled it this way cause its my current end goal.
If I drop something worth an Ohm, I would surely trade for it.

That's super generous of you and greatly appreciated but part of doing all this is to give me something to do.
I've never logged drops like this before and it was pretty fun (except for those damn Conviction aura's).
After I get done with my runs I may take you up on that if RNG doesn't play fair.... come on 1% MF Charm do your thing!

i know it's not same for everyone but i dropped some Ohm's in always cow level. except cow the only Ohm dropped for me in Lower Kurast from jumping little mobs

This is the way!

The process is what gives you joy. As one can loan the Ohm, its not the same as working up to Ohm with a journey.

I like to play my thrower barb char with MF gear. I am slower then 1minute but I enjoy it and "That is my way!". Keep up writing, its allways nice to hear stories how we struggle / enjoy / the process. Include trades also

Cow Tippin Part 1 - The Search for more Ohm

Decided to use my Sorceress (level 90, 550 Magic Find, 639% Extra Gold)
This is her MF gear - Dual Ist Ali Baba, Dual Ist Moser (both given to me by a super generous person), Harlequin Crest w/ P. Topaz, Vipermagi w/ P. Topaz,
38% MF Chance Guards, Goldwrap, Rare Boots with 24% MF, 35% MF Ammy, 36% MF Magic Ring, 29% MF Nagelring, plus a number of charms.

Accompanying me on my journey is Mizan (Emilio's cousin) and although he doesn't have the drug problem Emilio does, I think he's a bit slow as he tends to wander off at the worst possible time.
He's using an Insight Giant Thresher, Fortitude Ethereal Balrog Skin, and Andariel's Visage(+30 Fire Res Jewel)

I also decided to spank Andariel every 5 runs or so just to mix things up for myself.
