Introduction

The purpose of the guide is to introduce players to a relatively underused dueller build. That build is the

Rabies

Werewolf Druid.
Druid's at mid level duelling (MLD), without

Teleport, are the weakest class one versus one (1v1) in the level 49 bracket. If you are looking for a duelling class that will solo clear a public duelling game then please look elsewhere.

Pro's

• One-hit killing ability against a number of classes

• Not Reliant on Runewords, Crafted or Rare Items

• Does not require extensive stash gear

• Cheap to build

Con's

• Hard to catch Sorceress

• Has some hard counters (Barbarian,
  Smite Paladin)

• Can't one versus seven unlike
  Blessed Hammer/
  Charge Paladin / Sorceress /
  Teleport Wind Druid

• The best gear is hard to find

• Requires practice to play one well

• Rabies does more damage to a stationary target then one that is moving

• Rabies does not kill if opponent maintain a ~ 2 screen distance from the druid

• Rabies rechecks every few seconds based on proximity of opponent

• In team versus team contest infected opponents can infect team members if they touch
