I can't seem to find the information online for minimum Larzuk sockets anymore. Every site is dated and the pages no longer exist.
If I use the cube recipe to change a low quality Phase Blade to a regular Phase Blade and set its ilvl to 1, and I then use the socket quest how many sockets will my Phase Blade receive?

Can be used to make Runewords:
It will receive 3 sockets from Larzuk. Just so you know, you can search a specific base item in this site's database to find the # of sockets based on iLvl.
Given the max socket is 3, you probably don't want to waste the socket quest since the probability of 3 (66%) is so high using the cube instead.
