this runeword is too expensive for Kasim to hold imo and the -50 light res is in the right hands.

yeah, i've played around with it in PVP.
respeccing to Energy Shield build.
I think Fireball and blizzard still beat it in PVP.
With the Nova and t storm buffs coming, it may be more viable to use that build for PVP. I've tried that as well...but T storm is sooo weak at the moment. I'm not sure the buffs will beat Fireball still for PVP.
