Attack speed doesnt do anything for WW barb. I think people usually put Sol runes into the helmet and armor for less damage taken or p Topaz for mf. You can also put some max damage jewels in. A merc with bless aim should help you with ar but your only level 80 so you need to level up a few more times to hit 85. Battle Cry can greatly help you too with the bosses.
For atack speed i put 2x shaels to the Maul to get the fastest 4 frame on WW.
I've found doing trav and LK runes with WW on my IK Barb very smooth and my barb was actually designed for Frenzy
2 ED/15 IAS jewels on the weapon (you need 69 IAS for final WW breakpoint)
ED/minmax damage everywhere else (helmet & armor)
You don't need anything else from sockets, the IK set has everything you need except damage.
For AR use Demon Limb as a swap.

An alternative for weapon swap is to equip 2x Echoing Throwing Knife shopped in Hell Malah or Anya for a +6 to the Battle Command / Battle Orders / Shout prebuff

Starting with a fohdin or sorc is definitely faster, but I enjoy smashing face with my barb. He kinda looks like a caveman with Dusk Shroud Wealth, Troll Nest Rhyme.
Until they fix WW, I would go Frenzy...
