The trick to a trav horker is the merc. A5 Frenzy with dual Last Wish (for the stacking might auras), Guardian Angel socked with Cham, and Flickering Flame (for Resist Fire aura) If Last Wish is too expensive you can go with Grief, king slayer, Botd, etc. If FF is too expensive you can go tals Mask socked with a Ral or all res jewel.

I don't use a merc when I hork Trav. Too much of a liability. But that's just me.

They die too often.
They cost me to GG them.
They body block.

For me, horking Trav specifically, it doesn't fit my playstyle to run a merc.

I'm not saying I'm right or wrong.

I only run Mercs on caster builds.

Makes sense. My merc only occasionally dies and only when trav is TZ.
I wasn't judging, just wondering how he could be a liability. I was interpreting that as having him makes your char die faster.

I will never understand this Berserk build. Outside of trav, it´s useless.
I farm trav too, but with a cheap Immortal King ww-build 3-5 parts (depending on which weapons i can find to this point. Got an Oath sword this season just by playing through nightmare), skullder or Lionheart on season start. It´s super cheap even only a few days in and can clear the council just fine.

Its real name is "pitzerker"
You can farm any zone with that build but you only focus on elites.

Gameplay is : Teleport on elite -> Howl -> kill elite with Berserk.

That's not like a caster who kills everything with spells.

Quite certain bezerk can’t LL. It’s magic not physical damage. I run only the MF from the protector Stone in my Helm. Since the rotw I’ve only found decent things in high PPL TZ. It really feels like it’s biased towards TZ farming. I run a Double Swing barb and Lawbringer or Dreadfang offhand lets your main weapon smack hard. I agree about resists like the others have said. I used to die alot before I realised if I had my resists at 260, outside of Uber Meph, nothing could bring me below 76. If you
put Andriels on your merc, and don’t offset the -30 fire, just watch how fast the hydras burn him to a crisp.
