Description

Fairly new to playing this char.

Better to Hork with MF items on switch, or x2
Heart Carver
?
Also, worth switching chest piece for more MF before horking?
And lastly, what to gamble on most of the time with all the gold?

Thanks for any help guys!

If your
Find Item
is at about 50% better to have the MF as the extra
Find Item
wont do all that much.
dual ali baba is great because you get MF and GF then can choose ists or lems to enhance further.
I gamble rings and circlets...I found a GG pally circ from
Gheed
but it isnt selling, rings get some traction though.

I use dual Ali babas and IK
Helm
with
Perfect Topaz
’s for extra mf and gold find. I like gambling on coronets because there is a super slim chance of getting a griffon’s
Diadem
.

I would gamble on rings, or coronets ( not circlets refresh until you see
Coronet
)

I use dual HOTO on switch for faster cast rate and increased skills. 17 hard points into
Find Item
, after
Battle Command
level 33, the first level it gives a 56% chance. The difference in faster runs from increased fcr and a handful of extra percentage points in
Find Item
get magnified after thousands of runs.

Actually, you do want to gamble on circlets over coronets (see plenty of other prior discussions on that topic here, various test runs, drop calcs and so on).
Coronets can randomly upgrade to a
Tiara
or
Diadem
.
Circlets cannot randomly upgrade directly BUT when they would upgrade, they actually get replaced with a
Coronet
in the buy window which then always automatically becomes a
Tiara
or
Diadem
. After that, it becomes a
Circlet
again (unless it would upgrade again right away).

Because of that, buying circlets still gives you the same upgrade chance but gives you significantly more shots at it per same amount of gold because except for the ones that do upgrade, you only pay the
Circlet
price and not the higher
Coronet
pricing.

Interesting. I was unaware. I usually just search for
Coronet
. Thanks for Clarifying.

If you have at least 50% chance to hork an item, go all out on mf / gf (I'm personally using 1x 6-isted PB and 1x isted Alibaba, got around 700% mf)

Of course, if you can be bothered to.

Circlets, rings and amulets.
