Oh wow, thank you very much for clarifying that. Do you know a reliable calculator then? I aways wanted to try out WW with two big fat 2H weapons in each hand. If you try to stack off weapon IAS, it simply won't cut it for the WW hit breakpoints. Even if you consider dimishing return, which is huge and put all your gear towards IAS and add a Faith bow A1 merc, you won't reach the last breakpoint (4).
