Is one difficulty better than the others to farm the Cow King's Leathers or is it from some sort of special drop table? There are no Elite items in it so I would think don't farm in hell?
Also, only The Cow King can drop this correct? Other cows can not?

The king loves Arcanna's Head. I got so many of those I lost count.
