Is one difficulty better than the others to farm the Cow King's Leathers or is it from some sort of special drop table? There are no Elite items in it so I would think don't farm in hell?
Also, only The Cow King can drop this correct? Other cows can not?

If table was same, if you get horn, then normal is best.
no horn = nightmare best.
no horn = nightmare best.

Hell TZ imo, seeing how that can get you some more useful loot added on the side.
