Can be used to make Runewords:
Hallo,
You can do a price check on any item, like this:
pricecheck.php?item=832
That's for Jalal's but you can search for any pelt. This site is an amazing resource and very good community to be sure.

Jalal's Mane and Ravenlore are two typically well built and popular uniques, and quite cheap.
Harlequin's Crest always works too also, for other reasons, like every class.
Apart from those, elemental druids tend to wear either Flickering Flame (for Fire Druids) or Delirium (for Wind ones), in a 3 os pelt with +2 or 3 to either fire-based ability (Armaggeddon, Volcano...) or Wind base ( Tornado, Hurricane...).
I probably forget some other options, I am not a druid player myself. That will depend a lot anyway what kind of druid you wanna be (can be also Fury, Zoo...)

Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
no need to reinvent the wheel
everything is the same as 20 years ago, for a budget ele Wind druid:
Helm: Lore / Jalal's Mane / Shako
Armor: Stealth / Smoke / Skin of the Vipermagi
Weapon: Spirit
Shield: Spirit
Gloves: Magefist or Trang-Oul's Claws , for for compensation - cold res from Cold Rupture
Belt: Gloom's Trap / Nightsmoke / Verdungo's Hearty Cord / Arachnid Mesh any uniq doesnt matter the main Arachnid Mesh
Boots: Aldur's Advance
Rings: 10 FCR + Res / Stone of Jordan
Amulet: +3 elemental skills with 25 str / +3 elemental skills with 100 life / Mara's Kaleidoscope / The Eye of Etlich / Saracen's Chance / Rare +2 druid skill with all res
also, all this can be advised for Firedruid - add to Helm Ravenlore
if you want some unusual budget builds I would try in Aldur's Watchtower
looks like
Main: Aldur's Watchtower
Amulet: Highlord's Wrath
Shield: Spirit
Gloves: Laying of Hands
Belt: Thundergod's Vigor
Rings: Raven Frost - 1 , Dual leech with res -2
Optional if you no have Highlord - Angelic Wings is normally only used when paired with Angelic Halo to receive the significant Attack Rating set bonus.
All these things online can be asked for absolutely free , including Aldur's Watchtower the only thing that seems valuable is Highlord's Wrath. a low Raven Frost you can also ask for free, its no problem. I didn't try this build myself in such a budget build, but went straight to the expensive version, but it looks very viable and fun
and we must remember that there are still options to put 6 gems jewels or runes
3 sockets - weapon
2 sockets - Helm
1 sockets - armor
I would put in "Junk" 20-35ed jewels, or MIn MAx DMG, or something for DMG... its around add ~ 180% Enhanced Damage
The 350% Enhanced Damage is on the complete set, not on the weapon. Enhanced Damage from non-weapon equipment works like Enhanced Damage from skills and the strength bonus, which is different from how Enhanced Damage on the weapon works. Essentially, the 350% ED will add 350% of your weapon damage to your total. With a 60-93 damage weapon, that means the 350% Enhanced Damage will add 210-325 total damage. This is really not very significant, but it's not a bug, just a balance issue.
Its mean better and good option pu on all sockets 15/15 min/max DMG jew ( 1-100 Lighting) , but its expensive but max 10 to 15 its not value I think people don't even keep them in a stash.
because based on what is written if you put 6 15/15 DMG jew from 210-325 to 400-600
once again , all the flaws of this build can be attributed to the fact that this build can be obtained almost for free with the exception of Highlord's Wrath.
