If you already have Exile and Dracul's, you can swap Last Wish for Grief for more damage. Grief will cut down their health bars much quicker towards the end, especially because CB is based off remaining life, not total life.

Dual leech on the ring is useless for

Smite,

Smite doesn't apply life & mana leech except for Life-tapped targets.

Dwarf Star for fire absorb would be much better - plus the Magic Damage Reduction and +Life.

CoH is ok, I'd use

Guardian Angel instead for lots more damage reduction against the fire whirlwinds and blizzard + cold

Fissure attacks, which have been buffed to do alot more damage recently. Or Fortitude if you don't have

Guardian Angel, because the 300% enhanced damage on Fortitude applies to

Smite and will boost your damage significantly.

now all things considered, I am very curious how fast your smiter kills ubers and if you have done these tests yourself, because I have
Grief as main weapon is nothing compared to Last Wish, even tho in the end your statement is right, CB does that damage, Grief damage to ubers until ubers go down to 5% of hp is very low.
my smiter kills

Mephisto 5-6 seconds on the clock,

Baal and diablo between 9-12 seconds each, a complete run from the moment ive logged my character until I log off takes 1 minute and 30 seconds roughly, including opening portals looting torch and all, oh and I also have no rejuvenation.
