not much I guess, the more expensive ones come with fcr/frw and 2 sockets in addition to + skills/str/dex/life/res.
Compare this to a Shako, would you use this over a Shako? I wouldn't.
Ok, I thought perhaps the all res as well as 44% damage increase had some value as most mobs in the game are demons? The str is also decent to reduce point placement.
