Can be used to make Runewords:
Probably not much. I got a 35ED -15 requirements jewel and have listed for several days without receiving any offers.
Its actually quite rare and useful for gaining dmg and lowering the requirement of stats to use items, dont sell it for less than 3-4 Ist
