It is also among the best options for many physical builds, on par with
Guillaume's Face, and generally surpassing
Vampire Gaze if you have another source of Mana Steal.

It will often be socketed with a 15% IAS, 30% Fire Resist jewel to offset the -30 Fire Resist penalty.

The most important atribute for a mercenary is Life Steal. But exists many good options of helms that give life steal.
Vampire Gaze,
Tal Rasha's
Helm and Bulwark runeword, which is very cheap. In my opinion, the atribute that makes
Andariel's Visage the best option for a Merc is the 20% IAS.
