I'm sure if this shield had lvl requirements no higher then 30, I will be probably richer on some jahs runes, but with current configuration I don't know, it is something for Charsi to melt or have any value?

Even at less than level 30, only blocking and sockets are not enough to make it a great shield - do remember that for most PvP resistances are considered useless.

I know about resistant in LLD, because most of the characters are rushed through 3 difficulty and getting scrolls for rescuing Anya, but mine shield has +3 to maximum damage too. I guessing FHR and life are needed to make it worth anything?
