As far as I know enhanced damage needs to be close to perfect (65%) to have value.

I might completely off base here but I do not know anyone that wears Exile outside of niche duel builds perhaps, in which case they might need it slightly higher in stats and might even re-roll until godly.

Since it is a buyers economy, if someone really needs it and there aren't any other offers, perhaps a

Knights mod needs 60+ enhanced damage to be tradable.
65 edam can get you 10+

Jah, 61 edam is currently offered for

Gul (just to demonstrate the crazy value drop).

Even if superior, fifty-something won't find you a buyer.

The reason is exactly what you stated: it's for PvP builds only.
