i recently made a trade and page timed out while marking as sold. i tried it again and recipients name was still shown so i clicked mark as sold again and now it says N/A instead of his name. can someone help me fix that?

That can be fixed by admins, but the most simple solution is to close the current trade and recreate a new one on the same item. Will slightly change the stats but that's not big deal.
