I have only found a single 45-er in my whole D2 career, they are quite rare so I would Larzuk without a question. There's nothing more sad than seeing a perfect roll go to waste with like 1 socket.

45 is definite Larzuk in my eyes. You can always create and rush a new character just to generate more Larzuks but 45s are extremely rare. You might never see one drop again.

vortex is really only good for Exile build but would need to be ethereal. Othewise this would be an excellent Spirit shield for hammerdin, but its not best due to low block %, but has higher overall def.
It is still a valuable shield good for using or for trading with 4os.
in this hypothesis scenario, I would choose Sacred Targe with just 40 resist over this if torch and ann can adjust to cover +5 all resist with 5 lower attribute.
Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.
I found an unsocketed 45 all res Sacred Targe on single player and was pondering the same question haha. I think Larzuk is the right call, but 66.6% chance at not 1 or 2 sockets is quite intriguing.
