Circlet with a nice 9 str 15 allres jewel is pretty solid... opinions on price? i have an idea but i need feedback please

As Poison Necro I'd always choose a 2/20fcr/2os over 2/20fcr/30frw. I would even choose a 2/30frw/2os over a 2/20fcr/30frw. Poison facettes all the way
