I recently built a Terror zone tracker tool that sends whatsapp messages to me 15 minutes before the terrorzone starts. Its not 100% accurate for some reason, but I would say its 95% accurate.
It costs me 1€/month since I use external whatsapp service, but otherwise its free.
I wonder if someone would like to set it up for themselves as well?
