For pvm java benefits a lot more from +skills than physical dmg and as far as I know for pvp you need ethereal and auto-replenish.
So the 40% ias are nice but with only +2 to java skills I don't think this has any value. Titan's Revenge lacks ias but already offers +4 skills.

Well, if you hit the next BP, the IAS generates more and more consistent damage output than the 2 skills.

After consultating traderie, I guess I could get Ist- Lo for them. But it's really hard since they are all different.

I will just put them up for sale and see what happens. If I don't sell by the end of ladder, I might just use them myself. 🙂

I compared them in d2planner and the 40% ias are enough to reach 9 fpa instead of 10 fpa with titan's. Because of that the difference in dmg is not big but the dmg of your rare javelins is still lower (compared to non-ethereal titan's and both upgraded to matriachial). Despite that Titan's Revenge offers other useful things like frw. Maybe for some build the ias from these rare javelins are more useful. So best of luck with selling them.
