The Eye of Etlich
+1 All Skills and life steal for req level 15 is a sweet spot for low level melee and ranged characters. Also a little bit of cold to slow down monsters movement and their attack speed.
The fact that this item has a variable Cold Duration is extremely unusual. The Cold Duration will be locked in place when a given Eye of Etlich spawns, and since the duration is unlisted on the item card, one would need to determine the roll by trial and error.
